Northwich Literary Festival

Held in conjunction with the Northwich River Weaver Festival and the Northwich Art Retail Therapy Trail, the Northwich LitFest, brings to Northwich a series of Literary events for all to enjoy.

Following her regular BLAZE workshop Angela Topping hosts an open floor session in her usual informal and friendly way.  All readers and acoustic musicians are welcome. Angela is a well respected local poet, whose ninth solo poetry publication comes out this year.
Special guests - Maureen Weldon & Mike Penny.
Maureen and Mike are both widely published poets and Mike is also a songwriter. Their set will include poems read with a music backing.

Catherine King

Catherine King was born in Rotherham, South Yorkshire. A search for her roots - her father, grandfather and great-grandfather all worked with coal, steel or iron -and an interest in local industrial history provides inspiration for her stories.
